When it comes to art, it can be difficult to know where to start. Not everyone has the inspiration or resources to be creative.
With Art Class in a Box, we have made it easy for you to start your artistic journey now, from the comfort of your own home.
We hope that in joining our community, you will find an outlet for your creativity and a sense of achievement, as well as a bit of mindfulness and a lot of fun.
Each adult box contains four new projects, with curated art supplies and lots of paper. Every project has an accompanying YouTube tutorial-supported lesson.

We post our tutorial videos on both our website and YouTube which don't allow offline viewing.However, if you are a YouTube Premium member you can download the videos to watch without internet service.

Orders and Gifting
If you’d like to delay shipment of an order so it arrives in any other month, just pop us an email when you subscribe, to email@example.com and we’ll ensure your first box is sent in the month you wish it to be sent.When you checkout with a subscription, you will be able to choose whether to start with this month's box (if available) or the next month’s box.
If you have ordered something in error, we will do our very best to make any changes to your order, as long as we receive the details before your order is shipped.We're so sorry, but we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been shipped. This includes removing an item, adding an item, cancelling an order, and changing the address.
We like to keep things fresh using a variety of art mediums, so the supplies included will vary from month-to-month.For a full list of whats included in each box, please visit our individual product pages.
My Account and Subscriptions
Select your monthly, 3 or 6 month subscription and once subscribed, relax and we will do the rest!
Each month we create a new monthly box with 4 new projects in the Adult box, and 3 new projects in the Young Artist box. We will then pack it and post it directly to your door.
Boxes are shipped at the end of each month, so you will receive your box around the 1st of the month.
Our tutorials are released on a weekly basis.
You can view all of our videos on our website and our YouTube channel. Like and Subscribe to get notified for our new tutorials.
We have two types of subscriptions on offer. You can either sign up for a recurring plan on a monthly, 3 monthly or 6 monthly basis, or choose a gift subscription.
With our recurring plan, you pay the price of your box every time you're due a box, and this will carry on until you decide to stop it. You can cancel the recurring subscription at any time if you need to, but please do so before the 11th of the month, to avoid getting charged for the next upcoming box.
Our gift memberships are paid for upfront, in full. Our gift memberships cannot be cancelled. When you checkout with the gift membership, as long as the "do not renew" box is selected, it will not automatically renew.
If you're currently a member and have an account, you can log in using the email and password chosen when you signed up.
If you don't currently have an account, you can create one.
Our members area is the easiest way to get an overview of your plan, make any changes to your contact details, change the frequency of your boxes etc
To skip your upcoming box, you can log in to your account and select to skip a box.If you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We're sorry to hear that you are leaving the Art Class in a Box Community. If you would rather take a break, instead of cancelling, you can skip up to 6 months of your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You'll need to enter your email and password, which you'll have created when you subscribed.
Don't worry if you can't remember it, you can request a new one.
If you have any problems doing it, you can always email us at email@example.com, and we will cancel it for you.
If you don’t want to receive your next box, you will need to cancel before our monthly rebilling date which is on the 11th of the month.
You will always receive any boxes that you paid for before you cancelled.
Monthly subscriptions (month-to-month) is non-commitment and can be cancelled anytime. If you cancel a monthly subscription after you are billed, you will receive that box but you will not be charged again after that.
Auto-renewing pre-paid subscriptions (3 or 6 months) can have the renewal feature canceled at any time so that after the current prepaid term is complete, it will not renew. Auto-renewing 6-month or 12-month subscriptions cannot be canceled, paused (skipped), or refunded in the middle of a prepaid term.
3 or 6 month Gift Subscriptions are a one-time purchase for 3 consecutive months and do not renew after the term is complete.
Note: Canceling the monthly subscription does not cancel an order. If you cancel your subscription after you have been charged for it that will be the last box you receive.
The default setting for our subscriptions is ‘will renew’.
The default setting for gift subscriptions is ‘will not renew’.
However, you can also choose whether or not your subscription will renew at check out.
If you are going on holiday or need to skip a box for any other reason, you can skip a month at any time, you just need to log into your account, and there you can choose to select to skip a month.
If you want to skip more than a month, or pause your membership, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how many months you would like to pause your membership for.
When you first sign up for your Art in a Class subscription box, your first payment will be charged at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew based on their original term of length, for example, a renewing 6 month prepaid subscription, will renew every 6 months.
We accept all major credit cards.Please note that your order will show on your bank statement as 'Cratejoy'
We offer refunds for any unshipped shipments.
If you are requesting a refund part-way through a prepaid subscription, we will charge you for the boxes that you have already received, as if you had bought your subscription on a month to month plan and refund the remainder.
We will also offer refunds on returned unopened boxes once we receive them back as long as it is within 30 days of receiving it.
In this instance, please send us an email to email@example.com letting us know that you will be returning the box and we will look out for it and refund you once we receive it.
If the box is unopened, there is no need to pay for postage, just cross the address out and write ‘Return to sender’.

- If you have forgotten your password or want to reset it, simply click "Forgot Password" on the login page

Shipping and Returns
Currently we only ship to addresses within the UK.Unfortunately we are not able to offer our boxes internationally, however, we are hoping this will be an option in the future.
We aim to send all orders standalone orders for current month’s or previous month’s boxes in 1-3 working days.
For Subscriptions. Upon Ordering We will Dispatch The Current Months "Box" Within 1-3 Working Days. The You will receive your next months box at the end of the current month.
We send our UK boxes by second class, tracked, Royal Mail. We not deliver to PO boxes
While we try our best to carefully package our boxes, we understand that sometimes an item may be missing from a box, or that things may happen beyond our control during transit.
If your box contents are damaged or you are missing any items, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send out a replacement straight away.
