Shipping

Postage is FREE for all UK orders.

We aim to send all orders standalone orders for current month’s or previous month’s boxes in 1-3 working days.

Subscription we will ship the current month or pre-order next months box within 1-3 working days. The You will receive your next months box at the end of the current month.

We send our UK boxes by second class, tracked, Royal Mail. We not deliver to PO boxes.

Currently we only ship to addresses within the UK.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer our boxes internationally, however, we are hoping this will be an option in the future.

If you are anticipating a delivery and it hasn’t shown up as expected, don’t panic! Please let us know by emailing us at info@theartclassinabox.co.uk and we will investigate.

While we try our best to carefully package our boxes, we understand that sometimes an item may be missing from a box, or that things may happen beyond our control during transit.

If your box contents are damaged or you are missing any items, please contact us at info@theartclassinabox.com and we will send out a replacement straight away.

Refunds

We offer refunds for any unshipped shipments.

If you are requesting a refund part-way through a prepaid subscription, we will charge you for the boxes that you have already received, as if you had bought your subscription on a month to month plan and refund the remainder.

We will also offer refunds on returned unopened boxes once we receive them back as long as it is within 30 days of receiving it.

In this instance, please send us an email to info@theartclassinabox.co.uk letting us know that you will be returning the box and we will look out for it and refund you once we receive it.

If the box is unopened, there is no need to pay for postage, just cross the address out and write ‘Return to sender’.
